Shipping & Delivery

We're pretty speedy at getting a soirée started! Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with most heading out within 24 hours. Weekend orders (including Friday) and orders placed on a Canadian holiday join the postal party on the next business day.

Here's when to expect your celebration essentials (please note, these are only estimates, rather than guaranteed dates):

Within Canada: 4-10 business days via Canada Post Expedited Service

To the USA: 7-15 business days via Canada Post/USPS Tracked Packet

Every order includes tracking, so you can watch your goodies make their journey.

  • Flat Rate Canadian Shipping is $9.99, with free shipping available for all domestic (Canada-Wide) orders over $150
  • Flat Rate US (International) Shipping is $21.99, with free shipping available for all US orders above $200 CAD

We do ship to the US! However, due to GPSR and international package disposal costs, we are currently only shipping within North America.

Returns & Refunds

Absolutely! It's your party, you can buy if you want to, knowing we've got your back!

We want your shindig to be party perfect. If something's not quite right, email us at hello@chromacelebrations.com within 10 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and unopened in original packaging
  • Straws and utensils can't be returned (food safety regulations help keep everyone healthy!)
  • Pack returns in a sturdy box (no paper or padded mailers, please.)
  • Ship returns within 7 days of receiving return approval
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including return postage (if we made a mistake or items arrived damaged, return postage is on us!)

Sometimes packages arrive at our door unexpectedly, like surprise guests without an invitation! If items are returned without pre-approval from our customer service team, or if orders boomerang back (incorrect address provided, declined delivery, or left uncollected), we consider these "forced returns."

While we'll still welcome these wayward parcels back, they'll be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the extra coordination required. Original and return shipping costs cannot be refunded for these unexpected arrivals.

While we pack every order with love and care (and lots of pretty packing paper!), occasionally mishaps can happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, reach out immediately to hello@chromacelebrations.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

We promise to review everything promptly and work out the perfect solution to save your celebration!

Since we're speedy party purveyors who process orders quickly, we can only accept cancellations within one hour after placing your order.

After that, your celebration supplies are likely already packaged and getting ready to head your way!
