Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, with most orders being processed within 24 hours of being placed.  Orders placed during weekends (including Friday) or Canadian holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

Due to our prompt and efficient fulfillment time, we only accept cancellations within the first hour after your order has been placed.

Tracking is included in all shipments within North America, and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order has been processed.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, tariffs, and taxes.
