Please ensure products are unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original packaging.  

Unfortunately, straws and utensils cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.

Make sure to carefully package and ship returns in a sturdy box, as damaged returns cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns in paper or padded mailers.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
